Brandon joined the Lucedale Nerds team in 2005, as the store neared its first anniversary. He began as a service technician - troubleshooting and repairing computers, providing customer support, assisting other technicians, and cleaning and organizing the store. Since he began working for the Computer Center, Brandon has graduated from high school, earned two associates of applied science degrees from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and earned his CompTIA A+ certification.
In 2010, Brandon was promoted to Store Manager. In 2012, as the business grew, the focus of his responsibilities shifted more toward managing inventory, shipping, and receiving. Brandon is no longer a manager, but he is very skilled in creating and managing processes. He still works closely with Ralf and other managers to establish procedures that improve business operations, efficiency, and service to our customers. He now works as a Field Technician handling service calls, assisting customers remotely at the Help Desk, and maintaining the networks of the commercial accounts he manages. Brandon celebrated 10 years of employment with the Computer Center in May 2015.
