Tony worked with computers in a variety of capacities before joining the Lucedale Nerds team in January 2012. Tony was quickly promoted to Field Manager. His outgoing, meet-no-strangers personality and his technical know-how make him perfect for resolving customers’ issues both in the field and remotely at the Help Desk. He maintains the networks for a variety of commercial accounts as well. As the business grew, additional field technicians were hired, making Tony responsible for training and supervising all field technicians. He is also responsible for creating and improving processes to ensure the field department offers the absolute best service possible to both residential and commercial customers.
